Speaking at CCA Writer's Conference

On February 23rd, I'm excited to be speaking at CCA's 2nd annual Writer's Conference.  My workshop will be entitled "The Zen of Critique," which is a very close to the heart topic for me; for what writer (or dreamer for that matter) hasn't experience endless critique?  And just like a boat navigating the rocky shoals, critique can change one's course and make even the staunch of heart waver...
